The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in managing HR functions and supporting employees. This role involves handling full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, and other HR activities. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of HR experience, with a strong background in full-cycle recruiting. Experience in the healthcare industry is highly preferred but not required. Familiarity with Paycom is also preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives, including policy development and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with department managers to address HR-related concerns and support organizational goals.
- 3-4 years of HR experience, with a strong emphasis on full-cycle recruiting.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems; experience with Paycom is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
