LHH is Hiring a HR Generalist Near Scottsdale, AZ

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a healthcare company in Scottsdale. This company is in search of a full time HR generalist to join their team. This job is fully in office, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. The salary range is $70,000-$80,000.
The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in managing HR functions and supporting employees. This role involves handling full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, and other HR activities. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of HR experience, with a strong background in full-cycle recruiting. Experience in the healthcare industry is highly preferred but not required. Familiarity with Paycom is also preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives, including policy development and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with department managers to address HR-related concerns and support organizational goals.
Qualifications:
  • 3-4 years of HR experience, with a strong emphasis on full-cycle recruiting.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems; experience with Paycom is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
