Importante cliente global del sector químico, está en búsqueda de "HR Manager" en Tampico, Tamaulipas.

Objetivo General:

Responsable de toda el área de Recursos Humanos y colaborará con la organización en iniciativas estratégicas. Mantendrá y mejorará los recursos humanos de la organización planificando, aplicando y evaluando políticas, programas y prácticas de recursos humanos.

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura en Piscología, Administración o afín.
  • Inglés Intermedio
  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia con el cargo HR Manager o puestos similares (Obligatorio)
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia manejando sindicatos en el sector minero o petroquímico (Obligatorio).
  • Sólida experiencia gestionando el área de RH, reclutamiento y capacitación, etc...
  • Gran capacidad de organización, pensamiento crítico y comunicación

Funciones:

  • Gestionar todas las actividades de RR.HH., incluida la dotación de personal, las relaciones con los empleados, la gestión del rendimiento, las retribuciones, las prestaciones y la formación. Garantiza el cumplimiento de todas las prácticas laborales justas.
  • Implementa sistemas y procesos de compensación locales que atraen, retienen y motivan a los empleados. Colabora con Compensación Corporativa para garantizar que se satisfacen las necesidades locales en materia de compensación. Administra los programas y procesos globales de compensación para el centro.
  • Proporcionar liderazgo y formación para los procesos de gestión que apoyan los elementos integrados de la Gestión del Talento (Diseño y Desarrollo Organizativo, Dotación de Personal, PBM, Desarrollo del Empleado y Recompensas Totales).
  • Implementar y mejorar continuamente la eficacia del sistema PBM para mejorar el rendimiento y el desarrollo de los empleados.
