- Creating and maintaining accurate employee records and gathering related documentation.
- Ensuring employee records are secure.
- Maintaining HR policies and programs.
- Assisting employees with benefits and compensation queries.
- Participating in recruitment events and conducting interviews.
- Providing new hires with necessary paperwork.
- Assisting with audits and compliance reviews.
- Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in human resources or a related field.
- Good working knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organization and attention-to-detail skills.
- Experience with HR software, including Microsoft Office
