Job Description: LHH Recruitment is seeking a Benefits Coordinator to join our large Non-Profit client's team on a direct hire basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering and coordinating their company's employee benefits programs, ensuring that all benefits are effectively managed and communicated to their employees.

Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.
