LHH is Hiring a Human Resources (HR) Generalist Near Vancouver, WA
Position Title: HR Generalist
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Details: $30 - $38 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
Location: Primarily based in Vancouver, WA, with occasional travel to Camas, WA, and Hillsboro, OR
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for assigned business groups within Operations.
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
- Lead recruitment efforts for technical and salaried positions, collaborating closely with hiring managers on strategies and processes.
- Provide guidance and support for complex employee relations matters, including investigations and compliance with company policies.
- Partner with HR leadership to facilitate employee growth through training initiatives and performance management.
- Contribute to HR projects focused on process improvements, employee engagement, and strategic initiatives.
- Maintain open communication and build relationships across teams to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; HR certification preferred.
- 3 years of HR generalist experience, with a strong emphasis on employee relations and recruitment.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or similar environment is required.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel; experience with HRIS (Paylocity preferred).
- Solid understanding of local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Pay Details: $30.00 to $38.00 per hour
