The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Responsibilities:

• Handle employee relations and performance issues
• Ensure consistent HR policy application
• Resolve employee concerns at assigned locations
• Promote and communicate employee programs
• Implement HR and employee relations initiatives
• Collaborate with management on HR policies and regulations
• Manage payroll, time tracking, benefits, and compensation
• Conduct training and onboarding
• Ensure compliance with employment laws
• Maintain HRIS records and generate reports
• Oversee recruitment activities
• Investigate employee issues as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• 4 years of HR Generalist experience in manufacturing
• PHR/SPHR certification is a plus
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Willingness to travel as needed
