LHH (f/k/a Parker Lynch Legal) is working with a non-profit entity that is seeking to add an in-house attorney to their legal team. The existing legal team includes 3 attorneys as well as legal support staff. This individual would lead the whole team and must have prior management/supervising experience with the ability to lead with confidence and a "human" touch.

The ideal candidate will have 8 years of attorney experience with an emphasis on real estate transactions and compliance. The most well suited candidates will also have prior experience working in the public sector and/or a government role.

Huge bonus points for experience/background in budgeting and/or state funding.

This position is Director-level but also has the ability for advancement to a Chief Legal Officer title.

This non-profit will consider strong relocation candidates but this person must hold permanent residency within the City of Pittsburgh.
