ABOUT THE JOB
LHH is excited to offer a permanent opportunity for a Marketing Manager position with our client in the Dallas, TX area. We’re seeking a seasoned professional with at least five years of marketing experience in the multi-unit retail sector. This role presents a chance to join a dynamic, rapidly expanding brand and significantly influence its success. You’ll be working onsite 5 days a week at our client’s Dallas office, contributing directly to their growth and strategic vision.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans across digital, traditional, and emerging channels, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
- Oversee campaign execution, including content management, budgeting, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all marketing efforts adhere to brand guidelines and highlight unique value proposition.
- Develop and uphold a strong brand identity across all touchpoints for a consistent and compelling customer experience.
- Identify and utilize the most effective marketing channels to engage our target audience, stay ahead of industry trends, and explore opportunities in social media, content marketing, email marketing, SEO, paid advertising, events, and more.
- Use data-driven insights to measure and analyze marketing campaign effectiveness, identify KPIs and metrics to assess success, and provide actionable recommendations for optimization and future campaigns.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- A degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of marketing experience with a track record of successful campaign development and execution.
- Experience in the retail industry, specifically multi-location.
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRMs, and data analysis platforms.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work onsite 5 days a week at our client’s Dallas office.
