National law firm is looking for an Intellectual Property attorney or Patent Agent with at least one solid year of on point experience to join their Tampa office. This position will be preparing and prosecuting patent applications. The right candidate will have an undergraduate degree is electrical or computer engineering or computer science and be registered with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and a willingness to become Florida barred if not already.
