Details:

Position Type: Direct Hire

Location: Downtown Chicago

Worksite Type: Hybrid (3 day onsite required)

Salary: $55-$60k

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain accounting records and files
• Post and maintain various accounting ledgers and journals
• Respond to vendor and internal inquiries
• Open, organize, and record payments
• Research past due invoices and verify progress
• Process expense reports
• Verify the accuracy of information
• Reconcile credit card statements
• Issue checks for accounts payable
• Accounts payable closing accrual

Requirements:

• Bachelor’ degree in Accounting
• Four years of accounting experience
• Knowledge of QuickBooks is highly preferred
• Legal industry experience required
• High degree of professionalism
• Detail Orientated
• Highly Organized
