Key Responsibilities:

• Review, edit and draft contracts for pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device companies.
• Contract negotiations.
• Work with clients and key stake holders to ensure that agreements are aligned with business objectives and satisfy compliance issues.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a leading accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar of Colorado.
• 2 years of experience in life sciences contracts.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
