LHH is seeking an experienced litigation legal assistant or litigation legal secretary interested in a new job opportunity in Jacksonville, FL. We especially want to hear from those with complex litigation experience. You will be responsible for drafting, formatting, and proofreading correspondence and legal documents, notices, pleadings, discovery shell documents, subpoenas, exhibit lists, etc.; filing and e-filing in federal and state courts; preparing hearing, meeting, and deposition binders as well as witness and exhibit lists; prepping for trial; coordinating, scheduling, and other legal calendaring tasks; legal research; and other tasks as assigned. The ideal candidate will be a real team player, with a proactive attitude and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Qualifications:

• 5 years of solid litigation legal assistant or secretary experience
• Strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)

• Great communication and interpersonal skills with a helpful, no-job-too-small mindset

Salary: $65,000-$70,000/yr.
