Requirements:
•Minimum of 3 years general experience in sophisticated commercial litigation
•Admission to Maryland is required
•Strong academic credentials
•Excellent oral and written communication skills
Responsibilities:
As a Litigation Associate/Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work on complex and high-profile cases alongside some of the most talented attorneys in the industry. Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
•Conducting research and analysis on legal issues
•Drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and memoranda
•Representing clients in court hearings and proceedings
•Assisting with trial preparation
