This position will support attorneys with all aspects of complex litigation matters. Position offers great team culture, hybrid schedule and competitive benefits and compensation.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative and litigation support to a team of litigation attorneys.
• Assist in preparation, formatting, editing, and proofreading legal pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other litigation documents following attorney instructions.
• Manage and organize case files electronically and in hard copy, ensuring all documents are readily accessible.
• Assist with attorney time keeping, billing and expense reports
• Calendar deadlines, schedule appointments, and manage attorney calendars.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel in a professional and courteous manner.
• Perform other legal and administrative tasks as assigned.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work performed.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of litigation experience in a law firm environment
• Strong understanding of legal terminology and concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with legal research databases a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also collaborating effectively with attorneys and other team members.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
