LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in Portsmouth, NH, is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis.

This position is on-site.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting and revising legal documents and correspondence
• E-filing and legal research
• Editing and formatting TOCs and TOAs
• Managing calendars
• Preparing expense reports
• Entering attorney time
• Corresponding with clients
• Providing general administrative support

Requirements:

• 3 years of recent litigation experience
• Strong MS Office knowledge
• Intapp, Concur, and/or NetDocs experience a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

The anticipated pay rate range for this position is between $27 and $32/hour depending on experience.
