LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal for a WBENC certified law firm in Center City, Philadelphia. They are a fast growing, high energy firm concentrating in construction litigation. This opportunity is fulll time and hybrid with a salary range up to $80K.
Responsiblities:
- Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and responses; e-file documents
- Conduct legal research using various resources to support case preparation and strategy development
- Manage and organize case files, including electronic and hard copy documents (iManage experience, a plus)
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel
- Prepare and manage discovery requests and responses
- Bill attorney time
Requirements:
- Paralegal Certificate or Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 5 years supporting mulitple attorneys simultaneously with construction litigation matters (lien and claims experience)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and iManage
- Experience e-filing in NJ/PA and Federal Court
- Ability to manage multiple projects and cases with competing deadlines.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and remain flexible to meet client and attorney needs
Salary range: $65K-$80K
