LHH is Hiring a Litigation Paralegal Near San Diego, CA

LHH is seeking a sr. litigation paralegal to join the San Diego office of on of their burgeoning law firm clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of litigation experience and be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of complex litigation matters. This candidate should feel comfortable conducting research, maintaining case files, have experience with document management and document review and completing other ad-hoc requests, as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Drafting routine correspondence and legal documents
  • Collecting, organizing, and reviewing records
  • Assisting with all phases of discovery and trial preparation
  • Responsible for court filings, document management and review, propounding and responding to discovery, noticing depositions, and similar
  • Creation of privilege logs.
  • Preparing trial exhibits

Qualifications

  • ABA approved paralegal certificate or Attestation/Declaration
  • 5 years of commercial litigation experience
  • Excellent communication skills written/oral
  • Strong technical skills
  • Able to work in office

Compensation

Salary for this position is $80,000 - $100,000/annually, dependent upon experience and other relevant factors, comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision as well as 401(k) and vacation/personal time.
