If you are a dynamic and experienced Knowledge Management Practice Manager to lead their efforts in optimizing knowledge sharing and organizational learning.
Position Overview:
As the Knowledge Management Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies to capture, organize, and disseminate knowledge across the organization and this person will serve as a Project Manager of sorts. The role will be developing project guidelines, rolling out projects, managing projects, developing best practices for managing lawyers, running group meetings, assisting on project pilots of new technologies, along with beta testing etc. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify knowledge gaps, streamline information workflows, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
