Requirements
- High School Diploma required, Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years revenue cycle supervisory experience required
- CPC Certification required
- Proficiency within Microsoft Office and EMR Systems required
- Proven leadership skills and ability to adjust leadership style to different types of individuals
- Expertise within revenue cycle and reimbursement, especially the backend/accounts receivables, and ability to meet production metrics necessary
- Able to deliver feedback and performance conversations in a professional manner that encourages growth and development
- Excellent understanding of NY Third Party Payers
