LHH is Hiring a Medical Staffing Coordinator Near Napa, CA
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule Home Health patients for Start of Care (SOC), Resumption of Care (ROC), and Evaluations.
- Coordinate balanced daily schedules for all field clinicians to meet productivity expectations.
- Monitor and respond promptly to referral requests using Teams.
- Run scheduling-related reports in Epic Hyperdrive.
- Answer internet-based phone calls to address patient questions and concerns, and distribute calls to managers/clinicians.
- Attend capacity meetings and huddles.
- Assist other departments with the above tasks as needed.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical office setting.
- Ability to type quickly and accurately.
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
- General computer knowledge and skills, including proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and database software.
- Knowledge of office equipment.
- Familiarity with medical terminology.
- Strong customer service skills.
