Job Description: Temporary-to-Permanent Office Administrator
Location: New York, NY
Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, with one hour for lunch
Hourly Rate: $30-35 per hour (depending on experience)
This position is full time onsiteJob Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Office Administrator to join our team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. In this role, you will provide crucial administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general office duties including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and manage calendars for team members.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as data entry and invoice processing.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical.
  • Assist in organizing company events, workshops, and conferences.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support office efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven experience in an Office Administrator or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
