LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant/Office Manager. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work in the accounting industry and play a pivotal role in our office operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team and management.
  • Manage office operations including supplies inventory, vendor communication, and facility maintenance.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist with document preparation, data entry, and file management.
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence.
  • Greet visitors and ensure a welcoming office environment.
  • Other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in clerical or administrative roles preferred.
