LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently recruiting a Trust & Estates Paralegal for a large, regional law firm client in Charlotte, NC. This group is looking for someone who is excited to work with and grow in a busy and productive team.
Responsibilities
- Provide general paralegal support in estate planning and administration practice, supporting high net worth clients, entrepreneurs, and business owners
- Entity formation and documentation
- Drafting of wills and trusts
- Basic bookkeeping services
- Estate and trust administration
- Preparing estate and gift tax returns
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of paralegal experience, supporting an estate planning practice
- Bachelor’s degree, plus paralegal certificate preferred
- Accounting or mathematics related education a plus
- Experience with gift tax preparation preferred
- Bookkeeping and accounting experience
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
