LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for an experienced Paralegal to join a plaintiff personal injury law firm. The ideal candidate will be self-directed and detailed-oriented with the ability to organize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Location: Hamilton, NJ

Hours: 8:30AM-5:00PM (1hr lunch break)

Responsibilities will include:

• Prepare and draft discovery demands and responses, plus other legal documents
• Correspond and communicate with defense counsel, clients, and others relevant parties
• Manage project timelines and conduct legal research
• Work with clients, address issues as to medical treatment and temporary disability
• Prepare cases for court, limited draft pleadings, discovery demands and responses, and other legal documents
• Trial preparation

Qualifications:

• Experience in Plaintiff’s Personal Injury matters REQUIRED, with practical knowledge of litigation in Personal Injury
• Minimum of 3-5 years of personal injury experience
• Paralegal Certificate or associate degree required
• Must be well organized and capable of managing an assignment through from start to finish with a high level of accuracy and detail orientation
• Must be able to work independently with minimal direct supervision
• Must be team oriented and able to work collaboratively
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office is REQUIRED
• Fluency in Spanish, a plus

Salary range is $70K-$85K commensurate with experience
