- Drafting legal documents - subpoenas, petitions, affidavits, memos, letters, brief's, appeals etc.
- Trial and hearing prep
- Organize and summarize medical records
- Managing case files electronically
- Legal research and drafting discovery
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a law firm setting as a paralegal or legal assistant is preferred.
- Paralegal Certificate or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication both written and verbal.
- Highly organized and meets deadlines.
