LHH is supporting a fantastic PR firm who is seeking a part time AP Specialist to join their team on a contract basis, for about 20 hours per week. It's possible this role could transition into full-time hours. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities:

- Ensuring invoices have been properly approved

- Processing invoices and payments

- Reconciling vendor statements

- Researching and resolving invoice discrepancies

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business related field preferred

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and v-lookups

- Prior industry experience is a plus!

Compensation: $25 - 32/hr, depending on experience.
