LHH is Hiring a Payroll Administrator Near Mc Kinney, TX
LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a well-established construction company near McKinney, TX. They are hiring for a Payroll Administrator on a direct hire basis. This is an onsite position that will be solely responsible for process semi-monthly and weekly payroll, month-end journal entries and commissions calculations. Responsibilities:
- Process multistate, semi-monthly payroll (200 employees)
- Enter PTO requests and monitor PTO accrued balances
- Review, approve and process health insurance related vendor invoices
- Calculate 401k match
- Maintain Employee records
- Enter new hire information into the benefits platform
- Month-end journal entries
- Assist employees by answering payroll related questions
- Any tasks, or special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- 3 years of multistate payroll processing experience
- Certified Payroll Professional (required)
- Previous experience with NetSuite, preferred
- Strong Microsoft Excel Skills
- Excellent communication skills
