LHH is partnering with a health services client to find a Payroll and Benefits Manager. This experienced professional will oversee a dedicated team responsible for managing payroll and administering employee benefit programs.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures that the data necessary for the filing of payroll-related tax reporting and miscellaneous withholding forms is gathered and submitted in a timely manner with the highest level of accuracy.
• Oversee the precise and timely payroll processing for employees across multiple states utilizing the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
• Managing health insurance, retirement plans, and various voluntary benefits. Your role involves ensuring the smooth administration, compliance, and communication of these programs to support the overall well-being and satisfaction of employees.
• Serve as the primary contact for benefit plan vendors, managing relationships, contracts, and service agreements.

Experience:

• Must have Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration in a multi-state environment.
