LHH is Hiring a Personal Injury Case Manager Near Houston, TX

This position will play a vital role in supporting attorneys throughout all stages of personal injury cases, ensuring exceptional client service and case management.

Responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Conduct initial client consultations to gather case details, assess liability, and determine case viability.
  • Manage all aspects of the case file, including medical records, bills, correspondence, and deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed of case progress and addressing their questions and concerns.
  • Investigate accidents, gathering evidence, witness statements, and police reports.
  • Work with medical providers to obtain medical records and ensure timely treatment for clients.
  • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies to obtain maximum compensation for clients.
  • Prepare case documents and assist attorneys with trial preparation as needed.
  • Manage case budgets and monitor expenses.
  • Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all work performed.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in personal injury case management.
  • Strong understanding of personal injury law and litigation processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with legal case management software a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
