Pricing Analyst

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Pricing Analyst to join our team. This role will be pivotal in shaping our pricing strategies and ensuring our products remain competitive and profitable in the market. You will collaborate with various departments to provide data-driven insights and support the financial aspects of our pricing decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Recommendations: Analyze historical financial data, cost structures, and industry trends to deliver strategic recommendations for pricing decisions.
- Financial Modeling: Develop financial models to evaluate the impact of various pricing scenarios on revenue, margins, and overall profitability.
- Collaboration: Partner with finance and operational teams to gather and verify accurate cost data.
- BI Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain BI dashboards that provide insightful analysis and reporting.
- Systems Proficiency: Utilize systems like PROS, SPARX IQ, WHITE CUP, and POWER BI to enhance pricing analysis and reporting.
- Profit Margin Management: Maintain profit margins and ensure price realization aligns with growth objectives.
- Strategic Execution: Understand and implement divisional and regional pricing strategies to support market share growth and profit targets.
- Profitability Modeling: Create and sustain complex profitability models using extensive raw data sets.
- Pricing Strategy: Develop, execute, and govern pricing strategies for both new product launches and existing offerings.
- Performance Assessment: Provide financial and analytical support to evaluate the performance of current deals and future programs.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Science, or a related analytical field.
- Experience: Proven experience in creating BI dashboards and conducting in-depth financial analysis.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with pricing systems such as PROS, SPARX IQ, WHITE CUP, and proficiency in POWER BI.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, understand cost structures, and identify industry trends.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to present findings and recommendations effectively.
