Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Solutions Architect/Product Manager

Our Client is seeking an innovative and experienced SAP SuccessFactors Solutions Architect to help our business partners maximize the value of our SAP investment. This role offers a unique opportunity for a seasoned architect to significantly influence our solution direction and lead execution efforts. In this role, you will engage with multiple organizational levels, hone your strategic skills, train, coach, and develop resources, and contribute meaningfully to our mission.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors Modules, including Employee Central, PMGM, Learning, Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0, Compensation, and Employee Central Benefits.
  • Independently configure the SAP HCM/SuccessFactors suite to meet business requirements with high quality.
  • Collaborate with senior roles and architects on prototypes and proof of concept to test solutions.
  • Establish trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, driving mutual commitment to common targets and goals.
  • Coach and lead junior team members, assign tasks, and manage the production support backlog.
  • Act as a technical lead for HCM/Time and attendance project initiatives, working closely with the PMO team to ensure successful implementation of new capabilities and solutions.
  • Regularly meet with HR directors to understand their business needs and strategic objectives.
  • Develop the SAP SuccessFactors roadmap to scale and implement capabilities that support our business partner’s strategies.

Required Qualifications:

  • 6 years of experience in configuring, architecting, integrating, implementing, and supporting HR technologies in SAP.
  • 6-10 years of overall configuration experience.
  • 2 years of experience with SuccessFactors.
  • Expertise in SuccessFactors modules, including one or more of the following: Employee Central, Performance and Goal Management, Learning, Recruiting, Onboarding 1.0, Compensation, Employee Central Benefits, and Employee Central Payroll.
  • Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors and related functionalities.
  • Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently while managing projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of operating comfortably with multiple stakeholders at various levels.
  • Ability to drive decisions, deliver results, and meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach, identifying potential issues from multiple perspectives.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with integrations like CPI, Integration Center, and Point to Point Replication.
  • Certification in SAP HCM / SuccessFactors modules.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience managing the transition from Onboarding 1.0 to 2.0.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) configurations and reporting.
