Our client is looking to hire an Marketing Associate to add to their team full-time in Chicago! The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and writing skills, demonstrate a high standard of professionalism, and be capable of building relationships across all levels of an organization.

LOCATION: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

TARGET START DATE: Immediate

JOB TYPE: Direct Hire

What you’ll be doing:

• Craft compelling content for RFPs, DDQs, and routine consultant database updates
• Ensure the RFP content management system contains up-to-date responses
• Provide assistance to the Marketing Team in various tasks such as website updates, creating presentation materials, participating in investor meetings, and preparing white papers
• Partner with SMEs to effectively convey complex subjects to clients
• Foster seamless collaboration with colleagues globally across the organization
• Take the lead or contribute actively to special projects or spontaneous requests

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2 years of relevant Marketing experience
• Preferred Financial, Banking or similar industry experience
• Proven experience navigating multiple reporting systems
• Preferred experience or knowledge of Proposal Management software like Qvidian, Loopio or similar
