LHH Recruitment in partnership with a prominent law firm in Charlotte, is seeking an interim legal assistant with real estate law experience. This role is full time and is a contract position that will last 4-6 weeks. It is fully on site.
Responsibilities
Assist with scheduling and calendaring for Attorneys
File management
Handle a high volume of phone calls
Assist with the drafting of legal documents
Assist the paralegal as needed
Any other administrative duties required of the role
Requirements
On site 5 days a week
BA preferred
Experience in the area of real estate, commercial real estate preferred
Ability to start immediately
