LHH is Hiring a Recruiter II Near Marlborough, MA

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a HYBRID Recruiter II for a 6 month contract position that could extend in Marlborough, MA. This is for a Medical Equipment Manufacturing Company with an excellent reputation.
Responsibilities
  • Sources and identifies candidates for open and pipeline positions using all available tools, including but not limited to the following: initial contact, HR interview, technical interview, and management interview.
  • Manages multiple clients and competing demands in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
  • Works closely with HR Business Partners/Consultants and hiring managers to understand the recruiting needs of the business; anticipates hiring needs and proactively identifies recruiting solutions to meet those needs.
  • Evaluates employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, and other data pertinent to classification, selection and referral.
  • Develops long-term, realistic, sustainable staffing strategies that drive customer satisfaction and competitive advantage.
  • Screens and interviews potential candidates. Prepares ratings on applicants, makes recommendations on starting salaries, and provides applicants with relevant company information.
Qualifications:
  • 3 - 5 Years with BA or 1 - 3 Years with MBA. Prefer Five years' experience with staffing/recruitment for direct labor and professional experience.
