LHH is Hiring a Recruiter Near Knoxville, TN
Responsibilities:
- Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
- Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards
- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Degree in equivalent field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of recruiting and hiring highly preferred
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed required
- Experience utilizing Boolean search methods highly preferred
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
