LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Recruiter with a background in the legal industry to join our client’s dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition, strong interpersonal skills, and a knack for identifying top talent across various industries. This role requires a deep understanding of recruitment strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top legal professionals
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, legal networks, and referrals
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and fit within our organization
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to job offer and onboarding
• Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and legal recruitment best practices
• Build and maintain relationships with law firms, legal departments, and professional organizations to expand our talent pool

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in legal recruitment, with a strong network within the legal industry is preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment

Working Hours:

• 40 hours per week
• Monday- Friday
• 8:00am-5:00pm PST

Details:

• Onsite/hybrid role
• Contract-to-hire role or direct hire
• Located in Mission Valley, San Diego
• Compensation: $65,000-$75,000 annually DOE
