Job Description :

LHH is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruiter with a strong background in the construction industry. This contract position will involve sourcing and recruiting for various roles within the construction sector, including cost estimators, project managers, QA / QC technical reviewers, and more.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the construction industry and a proven track record of successfully filling specialized roles.

Key Responsibilities :

• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for construction-related positions, including cost estimators, project managers, QA / QC technical reviewers, and other specialized roles.
• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent in the construction industry.
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, referrals, and direct sourcing.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
• Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to identify and engage potential candidates.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a Recruiter in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction roles and industry-specific requirements.
• Excellent sourcing and networking skills.
• Ability to effectively assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Proficiency in using recruiting tools and platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
