National Automotive Technical Sales Account Manager- HybridSpecialization: Testing and Measurement SolutionsLHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a highly motivated Remote National Automotive Technical Sales Account Manager to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our cutting-edge testing and measurement solutions within the automotive, aerospace, and industrial industries across the United States. The client is offering: Salary plus uncapped commissions- OTE $175K-$190K, PTO, Auto allowance, cell phone reimbursement, travel expense account, Benefits- Medical, Dental & Vision, & Growth opportunity Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the automotive sector.
Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders at automotive and aerospace OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and testing facilities.
Understand customer needs and requirements and recommend appropriate testing and measurement solutions to meet their objectives.
Collaborate with internal technical teams to provide customized solutions and address customer inquiries or challenges.
Coordinate product demonstrations, presentations, and technical seminars to showcase our capabilities and value proposition.
Track sales activities, pipeline development, and market trends using CRM tools and reporting systems.
Provide regular updates, forecasts, and insights to senior management on sales performance and market dynamics.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering
5 years of a proven track record of success in technical sales, preferably within the automotive and aerospace industry.
Deep understanding of testing and measurement technologies, including sensors, data acquisition systems, and testing software.
Strong business acumen and negotiation skills with the ability to close complex sales deals.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50% or as needed) to customer sites, trade shows, and industry events.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite.
