LHH is Hiring a Sales and Marketing Administrator Near Sherwood, OR

Paladin is now LHH Recruitment Solutions! We are working with our Sherwood, OR manufacturing client to recruit a Sales and Marketing Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. In this first-ever role for the marketing team, you will be supporting senior leaders in a blend of both marketing and administrative duties. You will be responsible for maintaining the flow of communication between internal departments, working closely with sales, operations, marketing and senior-level leaders. You will manage calendars, aid in organizing large data sets, and provide support for marketing projects like email outreach, social media campaigns and similar. To be a fit, you should bring 2 years of administrative experience working with marketing and sales stakeholders and teams. Experience in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress is a big plus, as you'll work with marketing team members to edit and create assets.

This team is in the midst of explosive growth and this role is a first-of-its-kind hire in an effort to continue to scale their team and capabilities, so this is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and grow as the organization does. This is a permanent opportunity, with hourly pay ranging from $21 to $26 an hour, depending on experience. This is an ONSITE role in Sherwood, so candidates local to the area and comfortable commuting daily are encouraged to apply.

You will:

  • Support marketing and sales teams in a variety of administrative tasks, working closely with senior leaders in the department and across the company
  • Own the marketing calendar, ensuring the team and relevant parties are aware of deadlines for campaigns, assets, etc.
  • Work frequently in Excel to organize large data sets and in PowerPoint to create and edit presentations
  • Plan and execute on events and event logistics, including working with vendors, venues, travel plans and more
  • Support other various administrative and support tasks for the organization, as needed

Your experience should include:

  • 2 years of administrative experience with experience supporting sales or marketing teams
  • Experience with event coordination and travel arrangements
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and comfort communicating cross-functionally across the organization
  • Experience in creative software like Canva, WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite or similar, preferred
