LHH is Hiring a Sales Consultant (Mortgage) Near Tempe, AZ
This is a full-time in-office position Tuesday through Saturday. Pay rate is $25/hr plus uncapped commission.
This position requires mortgage industry experience. The ideal candidate will have a mortgage license or has held an originator, loan processor, or sales position within mortgage.
Essential Functions
- Manage individual lead database pipeline in line with company lead contact standards.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from existing customers and lead sources.
- Provide persuasive consultations and inform customers about new products, services, and policies.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance customer service and outcomes.
- Optimize CRM flow and use systems effectively to support customers and team members.
- Troubleshoot concerns and resolve issues with a focus on sales principles and outcomes.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Must have 3 years' of mortgage experience.
- A Bachelors Degree is preferred but not required.
- Proficient PC skills, including knowledge of the Microsoft environment, with the ability to access, manipulate, organize, and relay information effectively.
- Relevant CRM experience.
- Proven ability to multitask various customer channels and manage workflow professionally.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
Pay Details: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
