LHH is Hiring a Sales Support Specialist Near Brentwood, TN
Responsibilities:
- Review open orders, responding to internal emails about orders, enter new orders, checking orders that may not be filled in time and managing that, and releasing orders
- Efficiently process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery while coordinating with various departments.
- Assist sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales reports, maintaining customer databases, and organizing sales materials.
- Generate and manage sales quotations, ensuring alignment with pricing policies and customer requirements.
- Serve as a liaison between sales representatives, customers, and internal teams, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.
- Proactively identify and resolve customer concerns, escalating issues when necessary to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Develop a deep understanding of products/services to effectively address customer queries and support sales efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, contracts, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload effectively.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and AX Dynamics.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment and contribute to team goals.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
