Title: Senior Accountant

Location: North Dallas, TX

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday; Flexible Work Hours (Core Business Hours are 10:00am - 3:00pm). 3 Days' In-Office, 2 Days' Work-From-Home

The Senior Accountant will provide senior level accounting assistance to the Accounting team. Primary focus around general ledger, reconciliations, invoicing, fixed asset processing and roll forwards, and inter-company monitoring. Responsibilities will apply to multiple entities.

Essential Job Duties:

• Prepare monthly financial statements, reports, and records by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
• Responsible for general ledger entries
• Reconcile general ledger account balances & research discrepancies
• Fixed Assets management and maintenance
• Review revenue recognition and billing documentation, prepare month end reconciliations and accruals
• Job costing analysis
• Follow and document company internal controls
• Internal communication with related entities accounting staff for intercompany payables and receivables
• Other duties as requested by supervisor

Qualifications and Requirements:

Education: Bachelors Degree

Experience: 3 years' Accounting Experience

• CPA or CPA eligibility preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft operating system and suite of tools preferred
• Experience with SAP preferable, but not required
