LHH is partnering with a high growth manufacturing organization that is based in Plano, TX. This position will be in-office and will have high exposure to the upper-level Executive Team. We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join their dynamic team. This individual will possess a strong background in financial analysis, modeling, and reporting, with advanced proficiency in Excel. This role will play a key role in driving strategic decision-making processes through insightful financial analysis and data-driven recommendations. We are targeting a base salary of $110,000-115,000, depending upon experience.

Responsibilities:

• Perform complex financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, including but not limited to budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and profitability analysis.
• Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to provide insights into key performance metrics and trends.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis using Excel to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from various sources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior management and key stakeholders.
• Assist in the development and evaluation of business cases for investment opportunities, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes affecting the company's financial performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA designation is preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience within financial analysis
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights
