LHH is working with a world-renowned manufacturing company with a strong presence in the industry. As they continue to expand and innovate, they are seeking a highly skilled and driven Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to support key decision-making processes within the organization. This role requires a proactive and analytical approach to pricing analysis, with a focus on helping the organization remain competitive and profitable in the marketplace. The ideal candidate will have good tenure and will be responsible for the planning and analysis of an organization's expenditures and initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate potential profitability for incremental sales opportunities.
• Compile historical pricing reports for reference.
• Utilize internal cost data to assess the competitiveness of product pricing and proposed cost reductions.
• Contribute to market research efforts and participate in formulating pricing policy recommendations.
• Maintain historical pricing data related to the organization and its competitors.
• Collaborate in the analysis of market trends and competitor information to develop pricing models.
• Provide insights into the effects of pricing changes on growth rates and profitability.
• Conduct sensitivity analysis to understand customer price preferences and their impact on the business.
• Work alongside product management and field sales management to develop pricing strategies.
• Perform various administrative tasks to support the creation, maintenance, updating, and distribution of pricing information.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Requires at least 5 years related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Access.
• Knowledge of enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Hyperion) preferred.
• Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
