Work Schedule:In-office role; 2 days-a-week currently (Mon. & Tue.)

Description/Comment:The Senior Financial Systems Analyst will play a pivotal role in the enterprise Time Consolidation Program project, focusing on onboarding various company populations onto new time management platforms. Key responsibilities include documenting current and future processes, ensuring detailed requirements are captured, managing client relationships, configuring tables, reports, complex business pay rules & policies, and overseeing comprehensive testing. This role demands a strong technical skillset, accountability for proposed solutions aligning with business strategies, and effective integration with systems and functional partners.
Process Support and Governance:
- Ensure accurate detailing and coordination of changes to requirements into test scripts for precise time recording.
- Support change management efforts through testing, documentation, and training.
- Stay abreast of technology and solutions for key time/finance processes and business analytics.
- Document system/process best practices.
- Understand system requirements and determine automation possibilities.
- Develop user stories ensuring system functionality meets business needs.
- Map current business processes, identify gaps, and raise concerns timely.
- Identify creative solutions in time systems to meet client needs.
- Report testing results and system issues within Agile scrum teams.
- Partner with users throughout the user acceptance testing process.
- Interact with peers, IT, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to support system implementations.
- Execute project activities to ensure on-schedule progress.
- Communicate effectively with leadership and project team members based on assigned responsibilities.
- Experience setting up and configuring time recording systems.
- Proficiency in SAP or another ERP.
- Experience in developing end-user training.
- Strong business acumen.
- Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent work experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- Configuration experience/knowledge in Infor Workforce Management software.
- Experience/knowledge in Agile methodology.
Pay Details: $75.00 to $81.25 per hour
