LHH has been engaged in an exclusive search for a Senior Financial Analyst with a division of a large, publicly traded company in Overland Park. This is a unique role reporting directly to senior leadership, you will play a crucial role in providing actionable insights and analysis to drive key business decisions. You will work closely with the executive team to develop financial forecasts, conduct variance analysis, and provide strategic recommendations to optimize financial performance.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leadership to develop financial forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans
• Conduct in-depth analysis of financial performance, trends, and variances
• Prepare executive-level presentations and reports to communicate financial insights and recommendations
• Provide ad hoc analysis and support for strategic initiatives and special projects
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the finance function

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 2 years of experience in financial analysis or related role
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear and actionable insights
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
