LHH Recruitment Solutions is working on a Senior Business Analyst role. This position will be hybrid and based in Kansas City.

Candidates need to be experienced working within financial data, and have strong analytical skills. This position will work closely with internal customers, helping to communicate and highlight financial data in a digestible format.

The right person will have experience helping leaders understand financials across an organization. Additionally, have an understanding of business finance, being comfortable interpreting and understanding big data results.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Help support Managers across the firm, by providing data that can improve the profitability of projects, including quantitative and qualitative analysis of current work and projected future results.
• Perform multi-dimensional analysis, including modeling/ Power BI/ Etc., to help contribute to recommendations on business operations including but not limited to; pricing, staffing, marketing, sales, internal processes, etc. in an effort to improve business performance.
• Influence process efficiencies through the use of written and verbal communication of financial and non-financial inputs to the success of internal projects.
• Collaborate with other departments to help share insight to business operations.

Requirements:

• BA degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or related. MBA ideal
• Proven strong business acumen across Finance, Project Management, Financial Operations, Business Analysis, Etc
• 2 years of progressive experience
• Ideally experience using tools to manage large data sets; Excel, SQL, Power BI, etc.
