Start Date : ASAP
Duration : Direct Hire
Location : Concord 100% onsite
Salary : $80k - $109k
Responsibilities :
- Supervise call center leads, call center, and front desk representatives.
- Conduct bi-weekly 1 : 1 meetings, bi-weekly staff training, monthly team and lead meetings.
- Ensure department staff uphold the organization’s Core Values and embody The Ideal Team Player virtues.
- Oversee daily member call center operations, manage call center metrics, and fulfill individual member requests.
- Track and update phone and processing statistics for quality assurance and performance.
- Monitor and review telephone conversations, system notes, and letters for quality.
- Recommend and implement improvements to policies and workflows.
- Provide performance feedback, coaching, training, motivation, and discipline to staff.
- Enforce organization policies, CBAs, and relevant laws for managing non-exempt employees.
- Review and approve timecards for compliance with policies and laws.
- Participate in the hiring process, new employee orientation, and performance appraisals.
Requirements / Preferences
- Associate degree in a related field and 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Combination of appropriate education and experience acceptable.
- Experience in a collectively bargained environment preferred.
- Ability to prioritize, work independently, and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in relevant computer software.
