Senior Social Media Manager
Our client, based in Nashville, TN, is seeking a talented Senior Social Media Manager to join their team. As a Senior Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing social media strategies for our client's diverse portfolio of brands. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to develop impactful organic social media campaigns that drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored to client objectives and target audience demographics.
- Lead all aspects of organic social media management, including content creation, curation, scheduling, and community management across various platforms.
- Ensure brand consistency and voice across all social media channels, maintaining a cohesive online presence for each client.
- Utilize analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map consumer journeys, identify touchpoints, and optimize content to drive desired actions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, providing regular updates, strategic recommendations, and campaign performance reports.
- Develop and maintain detailed content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content aligned with client objectives and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 6 or more years of experience in social media marketing, with a strong track record of success in organic content strategy development and execution.
- A minimum of 3 years Previous experience working for a marketing agency is required.
- Experience working with both B2B and B2C clients is highly desired.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships and articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
