A global, growing and stable manufacturer located just northwest of Chicago, is seeking a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer

Key duties include:

• Determining & establishing manufacturing requirements for tooling, machinery, equipment and manufacturing methods, routings & processes
• Supporting shop floor personnel in quality and troubleshooting
• Preparing process sheets, routings, work instructions and process drawings as required and establish speeds, cycle times, feeds and other operating parameters for all CNC equipment
• Recommend and implement the installation of new processes and equipment
• Utilize LEAN Six Sigma Manufacturing techniques to optimize existing manufacturing processes
• Assist in designing parts and processes for manufacturing purposes
• Implement processes on CNC equipment and launch new products to full production

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering related degree
• 5 years’ industry related experience with manufacturing technologies
• Knowledge of CNC Equipment and programming
• Experience with AutoCAD

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
